This video series will show you how to go beyond treating the biologic issues of the teeth and gums, to diagnosing and treating the entire Masticatory System. We’ll show you how as a Complete Dentist you will have the knowledge and ability to create functionally stable occlusions as well as the skills to create beautiful smiles.
Dr. John Cranham will demonstrate the importance of how the joints, muscles and teeth (the masticatory system) are designed to work together in functional harmony. He’ll discuss the steps towards implementing a protocol for complete evaluation and diagnosis that allows for the precise determination of functionally correct, highly esthetic, tooth contours. Dr. Cranham will show how to develop laboratory communication tools so there is no guesswork required when the technician creates restorations – from a single crown to full mouth rehabilitation. And finally, you’ll learn verification protocols to ensure all of the esthetic and functional goals have been met prior to placing the restorations in the mouth.
Learning Objectives

Learn the process for designing functionally stable occlusions without guesswork.
Develop protocols for evaluating, diagnosing and treating patients when a change in the size, position or contour of the teeth is necessary, including severe wear cases.
