Course overview

The advanced-guided-surgery-digital-package is a comprehensive training program for dental professionals who want to master the integration of digital protocols into implant surgery and restorative dentistry. The course combines theory with practical application, offering real clinical cases supported by an extensive range of digital resources, including PowerPoint guides, BSB files, JPG images, YML and MTL files, 3D objects, DICOM scans, and text documents.

Across five structured modules and twelve lessons, participants will progress from the fundamentals of HD face scanning and case setup to advanced guided surgery techniques, stackable guide systems, and complete full-arch rehabilitation workflows. Each module is designed to provide not only knowledge, but also hands-on skills through practice files, ensuring that learners can directly apply the concepts in their clinical practice.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
-Confidently navigate BSB files and digital case planning.
-Apply guided surgery protocols to single-tooth, multiple-implant, and complex rehabilitation cases.
-Utilize HD scans, DICOM data, and 3D design files in treatment workflows.
-Design and implement stackable and magnetic surgical guide systems for predictable outcomes.
-Integrate digital planning with clinical execution for precision and efficiency.

This program is ideal for clinicians seeking to upgrade their digital workflow skills and incorporate the latest guided surgery techniques into everyday practice.

Curriculum

Module 1: Cory HD face scan

  • This module introduces the fundamentals of high-definition facial scanning. Students will learn how to capture accurate 3D facial data, prepare it for digital workflows, and integrate it into treatment planning. This lesson establishes the foundation for the use of facial scans in surgical and restorative cases.

Module 2: Level 1 Guided Course Files

  • The core module of the course, designed to provide step-by-step training through real clinical cases. Students will progress from the basics of BSB files and single implant placement to more advanced scenarios, including multiple implants, guided sinus lifts, crown design, and complex overdenture cases. Each lesson is supported by practical files (PowerPoint, 3D objects, scans, and design resources), enabling students to follow along and simulate their own digital workflows.

Module 3: Swappable Guide Case

  • This module presents a complete surgical case performed with swappable guides. Students will gain a clear understanding of the workflow and decision-making process behind guide design and clinical execution. The case highlights efficiency and precision in applying digital surgical protocols.

Module 4: Upper Bone Guide and Lower FP3

  • Dedicated to advanced stackable and magnetic guide systems, this module explores the design and application of upper bone-supported and lower FP3 surgical guides. The focus is on the Stackable Magnetic Slide Guide, demonstrating how it ensures precision, stability, and predictability in complex full-arch rehabilitation.

Module 5: End of course stackable design

  • The final module summarizes and integrates all knowledge acquired throughout the course. Students will be introduced to the complete concept of stackable design, a modular multi-layer guide system adaptable to advanced surgical and restorative procedures. This lesson consolidates skills and provides a framework for applying digital protocols to complex clinical cases.
