Who are the Restorative Programme?
Specializing in all aspects of restorative dentistry, we provide evidence-based lectures along with over-the-shoulder, hands-on coaching to help dentists of all levels with restorative cases. Our courses showcase practical, modern techniques which you will be able to apply in your day-to-day practice. The courses are designed to ensure all delegates have access to the latest advances in dentistry application and theory as well as providing the perfect environment in which to learn.

Curriculum

Anterior Resin Series

• Lesson 1: The discoloured tooth.
• Lesson 2: The peg lateral – hints and tips.
• Lesson 3: Diastema closure using direct resin.

Posterior Resin Series

• The class 1 and class 2 restoration – isolation, cavity design, matrices, bonding, layering, finishing, polishing and many more hints and tips.

Class IV and Resin Veneer

• Opalescence, opacity, chroma, preparation design, isolation, natural layering protocols and advanced finishing/ polishing techniques.

Porcelain Veneer

• The ceramic veneer, both pressed and CAM Lithium Disilicate and the classic stacked feldspathic has been acknowledged to be a conservative solution for a number of dental issues for many years: minimal-moderate wear, diastema, peg laterals and discolouration to name but a few. This presentation offers the attendee a simple predictable and evidence based road map, an A-Z if you will, to progress from treatment planning a case; through ideal preparation; lab communication; provisionalisation and finally fitting and maintaining the reconstruction.

• – When are feldspathic veneers optimal and when might you consider lithium disilicate.
• – Which ingot is best for which situation
• – A simple rapid and accurate preparation protocol
• – How to place amazing provisionals efficiently to test drive the aesthetics of your case.
• – How to avoid the “black scuzz” beneath your temporaries
• – Cementation and conditioning the ceramic: silane and HF etching
• – Costing the case and fees

Fixed Prosthodontics and Adhesive Bridgework

• This three-part lecture series opens with a comprehensive approach for the restoration of teeth with full coverage crowns; either adhesively or conventionally cemented. The emphasis of this comprehensive A-Z presentation is on cutting-edge, evidence based protocols illustrated with many clinical cases and discusses treatment planning, preparation design, instrumentation, material selection and much, much more.
• The final instalment is an in depth analysis of adhesive bridgework both direct and indirect and shares Jason’s experience over the past 25 years with tips and tricks and many clinical examples.

Vertical Prep

• Lesson 1: An introduction to the vertical preparations. Considerations and indications.
• Lesson 2: The vertical preparation – bur selection and tooth reduction protocols.
• Lesson 3: Soft tissue considerations and provisional fabrication.

Onlay Prep

• Lesson 1: The fundamentals of the indirect partial coverage restoration.
• Lesson 2: Preparation design and protocols for the partial coverage restoration.
• Lesson 3: Immediate dentine sealing and margin elevation in relation to the partial coverage restoration.

Tooth Wear

• Treatment of the worn dentition series. This webinar is designed to give practitioners the skillset to confidently approach more challenging anterior cases starting with transferring information from the patient to the articulator, functionally planning the smile design and occlusal scheme on the articulator and finally accurately transferring the treatment plan back from the articulator to the patients mouth in a predictable time efficient manner.
