Course overview

Course overview:

Orientation focused exclusively on the number of incoming inquiries is a dangerous mistake that can lead to budget drain and losses for the clinic. Without deep audience segmentation and strict quality control of lead handling, even a high flow of enquiries does not guarantee financial growth.

This course is dedicated to the transition from chaotic marketing to end-to-end analytics, lead qualification, and sales management. You will learn to rank patients by five key criteria, psychotypes, and payment capacity, as well as categorize advertising channels by zones of effective profitability. Using real examples you will analyze CPL and CPO metrics, find the "money loss points" at the administrator workflow stage, implement conversion control, and form the final reporting system for the manager.

What you will learn

  • Rank and segment patient database by service, average check, LTV, source, and repeat probability.
  • Classify incoming leads by readiness-to-purchase, psychotype, and solvency level.
  • Calculate nominal and qualitative CPL and CPO and categorize channels by effectiveness.
  • Identify administrator call-stage loss points and design conversion-focused reporting and checklists.

Course lessons

Lesson 1. Rethinking KPIs in Marketing: 5 Criteria for Segmenting a Patient Database

Lesson 1 description:

This lesson explains why focusing on gross application quantities is outdated and how lead generation without qualification can drive a clinic to financial exhaustion. You will study the concept of deep segmentation of patients by five key parameters, evaluate the commercial advantages of working with target segments, and consider practical tools for working with databases of any complexity level.

– Economics of leads: why 100 leads can bring losses while 10 can bring high profit
– Ineffectiveness of classic KPIs focused only on the number of applications
– Segmentation of patients by 5 key criteria: service, average check, LTV, source, probability of repeat visit
– Strategic pluses and economic advantages of database segmentation
– Options and technologies for segmentation depending on available tools and data.

Lesson 2. Patient and Channel Profiling: Warmth, Psychotypes, and B2C Analytics

Lesson 2 description:

This lesson is devoted to qualification of the initial flow and classification of marketing channels. You will learn to separate leads by readiness-to-purchase, perception psychotypes, and level of solvency. The lesson provides tools for B2C audience analytics at different stages of treatment and helps distribute advertising channels by types of return (fast, long-term, and experimental).

– Signs and criteria for segmentation of initial patients: hot, warm, and cold traffic
– Segmentation by psychotypes: features of working with analytical, strict, expressive, and friendly clients
– B2C analytics: assessment of income level and actual payment capacity of patients
– Classification of patients by current stage of undergoing treatment
– Segmentation of marketing channels by strategic tasks: fast, long-term, and experimental.

Lesson 3. CPL/CPO Metrics, Lead Drop-Off Points, and Executive Summary Reporting

Lesson 3 description:

The final lesson connects marketing with sales through economic metrics and monitoring of call center/administrators' work. You will examine the concepts of nominal and qualitative CPL, learn to calculate CPO and categorize channels by the "traffic light of effectiveness" (green, yellow, red zones). The lesson uncovers the main reasons for loss of money at the call stage, provides checklists for script verification, and offers a ready-made structure of final reports for the owner or manager.

– Concepts and metric calculations: nominal vs qualitative CPL, CPO calculation methodology
– "Traffic light" system: distribution of marketing channels into green, yellow, and red zones
– Direct link between the quality of lead handling and final revenue
– Key performance indicators of the sales/administration department: response speed, conversion to booking and visit
– Analysis of loss points: mistakes in scripts like "we will call you back" and lack of booking confirmation
– Call checking methodology: objection handling, friendliness, persistence and conversion to reached contact
– Evaluation of results in numbers: required reports and the final summary table for the manager.
